Fairplay Forward
Downtown Plan // 2019
In 2019, Western Slope Consulting partnered with the Town of Fairplay on a downtown assessment project, named “Fairplay Forward.”
The purpose of the project was to perform an assessment of downtown Fairplay and to engage all facets of the community in a conversation about the type of place people want downtown Fairplay to become.
Ultimately, the project resulted in a community-driven plan to be used for guiding the physical and economic development of Fairplay’s downtown. The Fairplay Forward plan included:
+ A shared vision and goals for the downtown.
+ Recommendations for achieving the vision and goals.
+ An implementation action plan for getting things done.
